her mechanic inspected it yesterday n told her the fault was the mechantronic unit. He said price was €1800 plus labour on top of this. I have read since this is a very common fault. my question is.
Has anybody fitted a reconditioned unit wit warranty?
they are showing up at less that half the price. I havnt spoken to the mechanic yet but I don't think a leak of gear oil caused the problem.
