Hey Guys! Just signed up, as iv'e just taken delivery of my new daily/mini project - A Seat Toledo 1.9 Tdi SE, in Red.
I've always quite liked the look of the Leon Cupra R, especially in red, and when a work colleague was contemplating getting rid of his Toledo, and i was contemplating selling my current daily R53 Mini Cooper S for something more economical, i thought it would be nice to create something slightly different.
I plan to create a 'Toledo Cupra R TDI', something like the Skoda Octavia VRS in a sense.
Now as it will be my daily car (My Main Project is an S15 Silvia), i do not plan to go overboard with her, I will be building it to look like it could of been a factory model.
The current Parts List:
Cupra R Front Bumper
Cupra R Side Skirts
Cupra R Door Mirrors
Cupra R Interior (Recaro Option if Possible)
Cupra R 18" Wheels
Colour Code side bumper strips
Remove Rear Bumper bump Strips, smooth, and colour code bottom section
Boot Lid Lip Spoiler
Roof Spoiler (find one as close to Leon Cupra R as possible)
Tuning wise i probably wont go further than a Remap (i say this now
), but would like to up-rate the suspension so she will be a little more Fun for the daily commute, and look a little better, of course.
I will start a build thread once work has got underway!
The site looks great, and looks to be full of info, which no doubt i will need!
