Been out today looking for a good deal on either a brand new Cupra or Brand New FSI DSG FR. What did come out of my trek is:

1. There is currently a 3 month waiting list on the new Cupra!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

2. "With effect from this morning" they are now offering free metalic paint on all models ( That was the reason I was given when I challenged my local dealer on the price he had quoted me compared to another Seat dealaship 50 miles away!).

Anyone looking for a new Seat please check the latest offers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know. But worth asking about at dealers if you are currently trying to negotiate a deal on a new car. For metalic paint it is £350. I quote from my local dealer today:

"We were only notified this morning of this new offer consequently our original offer do'es not include it. BUT, we will match it!.

It will appear formally I am sure but antone buying new now ASK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My friend. I am a newbie to this website as well and I note from your profile that you own a "nissan" (what).

If you are really looking for a new Seat Leon? please note that, to the best of my knowledge there is not currently a new leon convertable.

If you are still interested the model I am going for (as a Seat Cupra 150 TDi PD Cupra owner for the last 3 years) is the Seat Leon Mk2 2.0T FSI DG. Only because it would cost be an addittional £1000 to keep my current car on the r4oad pending delivery of the new CUPRA!!!!!!!!

lol nissan.......nothing wrong with them bruv.. my first car and i love it ...........but yeah definitely needs upgrading to a Bmw Convertible..........booooooo

i definitely wanted to go for the Leon but in reality only want one for 12 months before i jump for a convertible... so just cant justify the depreciation hit for a year so might as well stick with the Nissan for another 5-7 months and then get myself a decent car......another aspect is there is a new DSG mark 2 coming soon although it deos take 12 months before they come to Seat, either way things are looking up for Seat and if the Seat Tribu comes out (as seen in Frankfurt) with a decent interior will dfo get that as a second car, cant fault the seats for value......

New DSG MK2 coming out and hits them in 12 months?

Is there a new kind of DSG box or something? One which gets every single gear in the box ready for a 'instant' shift??

And how can you compare a Seat Leon Cupra - £21000 for top of the range to a BMW hardtop - prob around £37000 top of the range??

Blummin sum ppl ey??
