Afternoon all,

We finally took delivery of our new Cupra Born V1 with the 58kWh battery.

Really impressed so far, however it's very early days! I assume it will be a love / hate relationship with the computer and I am not a fan of the wheels but overall car drives great.

I have always modified my cars however I have kept my Mk1 Fabia VRS for this therefore it'll remain standard except maybe a set of wind deflectors.

Thanks :)

Morning,

Thanks for the replies :)

We have had the car for about three weeks now and I absolutely love it! I have always had older cars (90's) but I am really enjoying it.

I do have few questions however:

1) When the weather dropped to about 5 degrees the other day, anytime I would start the car the heated steering wheel would automatically come on and also the heater would also start (and I was unable to sync the both sides, not sure if this is because no one was sat in the passenger seat?). Is this because the weather was cold?

2) Sometimes I struggle to unplug the charger and end up having to try and force it out. I should note that the car is unlocked too when attempting this.

Thanks :)

James

Hi James, Welcome from another newbie. With regards to charging, you may have the gun locked on the app. I have mine set to off, so my boss can nick the charger and charge his car at work if mine is charged up, without asking me to unlock it.
