howdoo im stu from wigan i drive a modded 6n polo:blink: ive just bought a damaged mk2 ibiza gti 16v cupra sport :)
 
cheers guys i bought it with the intention of doing an engine swap not so sure now as ive not seen another up here for ages
 
Happily! What was the engine swap you had planned then? The valvers not such a bad engine! Better than mine! ;)
 
Ahh, what engine from and to? Seen a couple of 20vT comversions in mk2s, and a VR6. They were nice.

was gonna put the abf in the polo but if its worth saving the cupra i think ill badge it as a 1.0 just to annoy the local chavs:rofl:

Welcome mate, i'm also new on here & also swapped my .:R32 kitted 1.8t Golf for a Cupra, i loved my Golf but needed a 5dr and personally don't like 5dr GTi T's, from my limited time on here and with my Cupra i've got to say i'm impressed with both & think i'll be sticking around :)
