Had I had my sump heli coiled, rest assured I would be checking my oil daily and not after two weeks.
But then even when i have my car serviced, i dip the oil to check it has been refilled to the proper amount as soon as i get home.

With regards the tyre pressures, again ditto I like to run mine slightly higher than standard, but never the less any job done on my tyres would have me checking the pressures daily, because you never know if they are seated proper or the rims might let a little air past, due to some dirt ect.

I think AMD's response was more than fair, but there is a lesson here. If its your car, check it and check it regular, two weeks is simply not good enough where safety is concerned and loosing oil or air pressure in your tyres are safety issues
