If you read the small print, these are 'second user' units, not new or refurbished. Previous posts in other Forums about them say their units were set to Dutch/Belgian (or in that area) and destinations in the memory were from those countries. They told other customers that they were from 'right offs' in those countries. Previous posts about them were very mixed.
Personally, I don't trust any business that doesn't give a fixed address or phone number, only mobile numbers.

As said by Jammy78 buy and fit yourself, thats what i did ,lots of info for fitting in other threads and if you buy a VW model like i did it is a piece of cake to change the boot logo from VW to Seat then just a matter of getting it coded to show on mfd.

I found this on a couple of other forums and people have done the swop on their units as have i so i take no responsibly if you brick your system.

Checkout this website: http://www.netdata.be/iso/

You can take a look in the gallery for already created images, and download them.

Instruction can be found on the site itself.

Thanks!

First time in 2 and a half years I now have a SEAT splash screen on bootup lol

Finishes the install off and look official now instead of having a VW splash screen.

Works perfect and only took around 3 minutes to install.

Thanks again for the link

Have had a look on e-bay. Are Skoda/VW/Seat units all the same? Typed in MFD3 in search, and find it slightly difficult to know whats suitable.

Kind of.... SEAT one doesnt have the SD card slot. VW one does and not sure if the SKODA one does.

SEAT one doesnt really get updated with latest features and firmware (VW one is always being updated).

If I were you I would go for the VW unit Model B up over. Model C is preferred for LED screen etc.
