surely its illegal selling a 1.4 thats actually a 1.8 20v turbo

Obviously certain modifications are wicked but why make a respectable car look like a dodgy corsa mixed with a shopping trolley!

I dont understand either why people say that about cheap car insurance, surely if they get found out they will end up having to pay a load more for the car?
