P26F8 coolant pump c : stuck

I’ve got a seat Leon mk3 2.0 diesel 184. I’ve had error code P26F8 coolant pump c: stuck. I changed both mechanical pumps 1 week ago and the error code came back. Anyone know what it could be. Any help would be appreciated.

Yh I had to change the pump again. Apparently tps sent the wrong pump and there’s a new updated one. I’ve had it done for a week and engine light hasn’t come back on. So it’s the pump at the back of the engine that needs changing. The pump cost about £220 from tps.
