Paint flake/onset rust around boot handle

Anyone who works in body repair/paint, or had work done recently, know what a pro would charge to repair this?

I've pinged a photo to the local chipsaway but the quote seemed steep.

I know it on corners where paint is thin, on a panel that you'd notice and all that jazz, but for £400 I'll get the wet and dry/rust inhibitor/touch up pen and diy.

If I can get it done cheaper - whats a fair price in the NE England?

On closer inspection its not corroded all the way through but I'll need to get it sorted asap or I'll keep putting it off until its well and truly knackered
