Passenger Door Mirror not Folding in

Hi all,

I have a 2013 SEAT Leon SE 1.6TDI Technology Pack and the driver side door mirror folds in when I hold the lock button down on the key. The passenger side is supposed to fold in as well but it doesn't.
I'm 99% sure the motor still works as I've tried a few times to get it to fold in and only managed it twice and that was using the dial on the driver door controls.
Can anyone advise what the mirror folding option actually does on the dial as when I turn it to that it doesn't seem to do anything.

Does anyone have any advise on what the issue could be, as the garage wants £90 just to look at it when it may just be something simple.

The dial folds both mirrors (not sure if ignition has to be on to work tho) You should be able to tell if the motor is working by listening to the base when someone else pushes to fold function. Mine have all made a very obvious whirring noise as the fold. If you do then it may just be a loose connection and somewhere on the forum is a guide to taking the mirror apart.
