polyurethane exhaust mount hangers?

Hi all,

Are there polyurethane exhaust mount hangers available for Leon Cupra R Mk1, as far as I remember someone posted about them quite a while back now, I've tried searching but not come with much, any ideas?

I use one for my LC and Cobra catback, because it was hanging too low.
