Powerflex dog bone insert

Morning all
Saturday morning I inserted the red diesel powerflex dog bone insert to my 09 leon. I drove it home and a lil bit last night, prob driven about 20 odd miles (I kno its not enough) and its rattling my brain out in reverse and under 15k revs but when I put my foot down it goes. I know in the description when buying it does tell you about minimal vibrations but surely can't be as hard as mine. I also know it takes time to bed in but just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if this eventually dissappears
Thanks in advance

The sound is your valves holding on for dear life at 15k rpm!
Jk it won’t get any better if it vibrates now it always will. Check your engine and gearbox mounts now you’ve fixed the dog bone mount. Then have the car on and open the bonnet, if the engine is rocking slightly it needs mounts.
