Rattling noise from steering wheel when driving in a straight line.

Hi, I have a rattling noise coming from what sounds like my steering wheel, when I am driving in a straight line, when I turn the steering either way it seems to disappear but as soon as I straighten it up it just comes back, any ideas as to what this could be? as it drives me insane, thanks.

I have a 2009 pre facey FR and that has quite rickety steering, but not noisy.

Mine's probably down to tracking, but if uou have a noise as well, could it be the steering rack?

I'd get it to a garage personally for that sort of thing. Can't be too careful with steering.

Hopefully it's nothing serious and turns out to be just your keys hitting the underside of the wheel. Lol.
