I cannot recommend these guys enough!!
Bought my Ibiza Cupra TDi just over two years ago from here. They put together a great deal, and I was (and still am!) more than impressed with the attention to detail and the focus on customer care.
The car has now covered 31k miles, and it has been back on three occasions for its servicing. Bearing in mind that I work within jizzing distance of White Dove SEAT in Cardiff, it is still more cost effective to travel the 100+ mile round trip. The West Walian banter is plentiful, and the laid back nothing-is-too-much-trouble attitude puts the customer at ease.
I have heard that SEAT folk from the other side of the Severn Bridge are known to cross the border for their services (subject to a valid passport, obviously!!).
They tout themselves as SEAT's oldest established dealer in the UK, and if this is indeed verbatim, then its a true reflection of their customer based ethics.
Has anyone picked their car up from a dealer service to be advised that the pack of spare oil has been left in the boot of the car for the customer? All you PD TDi guys out there will appreciate the cost of this stuff!!
