Rear axle bushings cupra

Was on the motorway the other day and went over a gentle bump in the road doing about 70 and the rear end felt super loose and did not instill confidence. I've traced the problem to the rear axle bushes but there are 69mm O.D and 72mm O.D so I'm confused to which one I need. I'm probably going to get some psb ones as they are half the price of powerflex ones.

Thanks. Doesn't say the size on these ones. Just says aluminium inserts provided where necessary. Did yours come with the outer rings that had to be chiseled out of the old ones or not? Cant think why else they would make a 69 and 72mm for the same car. But I'll take your word that these fit if they fit yours. Thanks.
