Retrofit LED rearlights?

Hello

i Am new Seat owner 1,0 TSI 115 St and i am madly in love with the LED lights
i have just bought the rear LED lights ready to install.

But i wonder what will happen if is install LED instead of the regular lights? Does it need to be coded? And can my electronics break down or is it plug and play? I have the automatic lights

you need to change a couple thing in 09 unit otherwise they dont work properly and do some wiring change
