Revo map SPS switch stopped working

Got a Revo stage 1 map on one of there switches which all of a sudden seems to have stopped working because there is no difference in power with it on or off, both the same!! Any idea's guys?

The map and all of the variables aren't stored on the switch - its stored in the ECU. The SPS is just a selector.

What do you mean no difference with it on or off?

When I have it standard it's standard power, when I select performance(map) setting on the switch, it just makes no difference and is still standard power.

you buy the SPS second hand??

do you even know if the car has a remap? or has someone sold you the SPS with the impression that it stores the software?

No I didn't buy the SPS second hand, and obviously I know the car has been remapped, I have the invoice for it.

i'd give revo a ring, or someone who is a revo dealer like.

Haha I know I read it through just now and was like oops that's a bit moody lol sorry mate,

And I am going to my local dealer for 4pm today as it happens, been booked in lol,

What do you reckon it could be?

ive no idea tbf mate, I just thought maybe you'd been mis-sold it


if you have revo software and the revo sps they should be able to sort it

They've checked it today and said it's fine, left the map on, and it's really down on power, but anyway on the way home after about 10 minutes the whole car just went flat, like I had no boost! I've got a brand new MAF on there, the problems only seem to happen when I run the map, it was fine while I had it running on the standard map. :S
