A screamer pipe is used on an externally gated turbo such as a large frame GT30/35 and so on.
The OE K03, K03S and K04 units have internal gates that feed into the exhaust downpipe.
The best external gates are most probably Tial units.

my friend has one on his grey 1.8 20v 450hp polo, the screamer pipe is mental it pops flames and is loud. let me get on with my ko3s instead of dreaming lol....

no because the k03s is internally wasted, so a: you wont have an external gate b: wont be able to fit a screamer pipe because its internally wasted. c: youre on a standard cast manifold, so would need the wastegate take off pre turbo if you were going to use one...
you could get a tubular manifold, add a wastegate take off to it pre turbo, tack the wastegate shut on the turbo... add a screamer pipe and then youll be sorted... but theres no point really
