Hi we bought our car a few months ago, after a couple of days my other half started complaining that the engine was losing power and going into limp mode. After a few trips back and forth to the garage we bought it from they finally changed the turbo. But this does not seemed to of fixed the problem although it is a lot better. The fault codes before changing the turbo was boost pressure gauge. Now it does not go into limp mode and there are no fault codes or lights coming on. There does not seem to be any pattern to it either. All that happens is that you will be driving along and then out of no where you lose power for a split second and then it returns to normal again. We have just been on a 200 mile trip to Yorkshire where it was fine then the next day it did it twice. Have driven home and used it all weekend and it's been fine and then done it last night. The mechanics at the garage are scratching their heads with it and don't no what to do with it. Does anyone on here have any ideas?
