Seat Arosa High Level Brake Light

I noticed that some of the bulbs in my high level brake light werent working, so i took off the red cover to find that all of the silver plastic on the holder was snapped!

I didn't mess around anymore and just left the bulbs as they were! Could anybody tell me where it would be possible to get a cheap holder? and how easy is it to take the old one out? and to put a new one in?

Should be around £20 from seat and should also come with new bulbs.
