Hi.
I am not sure where to post this, but someone may be able to help.Purchased a used Seat Leon last
year some of this was financed on a two year plan to include a service plan.If i now pay the balance off, does this affect the service plan that finishes in August 2018.Tried asking Seat, but i did not feel that
convinced with the answer.

Cheers

I know this isn't entirely similar to what you want to know but I had finance on a Leon last year which included a two year service plan. After a year I traded it in for a Cupra (finance paid off and new finance started) and the service plan was restarted.

Not sure if this was because the service plan was linked to the finance.

In your position if you are only paying off finance but keeping the car I would suggest the servicing remains as it has still been paid for.

I'd suggest the servicing remains as this should be included in your settlement figure I would imagine???

I paid off the finance two weeks after buying my car (finance to take advantage of SEAT deposit contribution).

The service plan I bought at the time time still stands. I have just had the first of the two services on it.
