Hi all i thought i would start a thread which will cover everything as im posting too many that i cant keep up with!

I have a seat leon cupra r mk1 running 274bhp and around 268 lbft torque. Mods put on inclue a 3"downpipe and decat with a back box all miltek, relentless v3 tubular manifold, ramair airfilter with heat sheild, Sfs oversized TIP, remap (unkown who done it)

I dont know who mapped it but i will be getting this remover and going to badger 5 for ny stage 2 custom map once i have all the upgrades on .
My next purchase will include a wellycooler size 600 x 300 x 78mm (ebay special) for £81 so not too bad. I will then need some pipe work which i dont know what to get if anyone could shed some light on this?
Im also after a boost gauge but again what one do i get because there are so many to pick from.

More posts on the 'build' and pictures will be cooming soon as ive got a few mods on :)

See if you can see an admin online and message them, on the home screen at the bottom should say who's online.

190924410625 - 76mm - 63mm reducers, you will need two of these.
221308537631 - 45 degree alloy pipe, you will need two of these, 63mm external diameter.
151103376441 - 90 degree silicone pipe, you will need two of these, internal diameter 63mm
190951861249 - 90 degree alloy pipe, you will need two of these, 63mm external diameter.
170731918190 - Silicone joiner, you will need two of these, I bought one and cut it in half as you cant see it, these are to join the 100mm of straight pipe into the system.
141098012210 - These are the jubilee clips I used you want 60-80mm they are tight but they fit, you need about 12, I used 13 as one of my joints kept popping off under boost so I put an extra one on there, which holds fine.

This is what i got.. ASH hoses on ebay

Can I just say please go for the 63mm diameter pipework as mentioned above. I didnt and went for the 75mm option and I bloody regret it. Headlight lamp failed on me last weekend and I had to change it....twas a bugger.

Is that your Leon in your signature picture?

If so, looks like a Leon Cupra, not an R? LC rear bumper and wheels?

Only saying so, as the inter-cooler routing is different and will require different pipework.

Also i have bought some stainless steel braided fuel lines 8mm id and 15mm od as mine were starting to crack so while the charge pipe is off thought it would be a good time to change them. Also got some black metalic hose finishers an-6 (15mm od) last thing to buy is the little 90degree pipe that comes out of the left side of the inlet, i have managed to break mine getting it out! Does anyone know what they are called so i can buy another????
