Seat Leon MK2 Headlight RHD to LHD

Hi everyone,

I have a Seat Leon (2012 mk2). I recently moved to Spain and my car failed its ITV (MOT) because the lights are set up for right hand drive, rather than left hand drive.

Does anyone know if the switch in the picture (under the bonnet) will switch the lights to point from right hand to left hand?

I have Phillips xen start lights if that helps. You can see all that info on the picture.

Thank you!!

I don’t think a “tourist” setting will be accepted as a permanent solution and enable you to pass the ITV. You’ll have to get the light units changed.

Yeah as above, if the beam pattern is checked on the ITV then you will need to fit LHD light units to pass.
