Seatbelt not retracting

For some reason, my passenger seatbelt does not. Retract all the way back. I have yet had a chance too look at it, but was wondering if its a spring loaded mechanism to rewind, or if it is a replaceable item?

have you tried pulling the belt to its full extent,then allowing it to retract.

I have one somewhere, took it out when I fitted 4 point harness.

cool thanks. ill have to remove it when i get time and see if i can get it to work.
