Slipping Clutch

I have a Toledo Tdi 130 which I've had since the end of April. I've had it remapped recently.

I've noticed recently that the clutch is slipping in 4th, 5th and 6th gear (the revs race ahead without the acceleration, then the revs dropped like I have changed up a gear).

Does it sound like a problem with the clutch and it needs replacing, or do you think the remap needs to be turned down. I never really pushed the car before the remap so I'm unsure if the slip was there before.

I have an AA Gold warranty from the place I brought it, do you think that would cover a new clutch?

evolution chips make clutch slip

i have just had my 130 pd tdi remmaped by evolution chips its very quick but smokes alot in 4 - 5 - 6 and starts to slip any ideas and my car has gone into limp mode 2 times since the remmap any ideas please
