It's been asked many times and I've done the searches but can't get a definitive answer

I believe my spark plugs are in need of replacement. I'm getting jumpy acceleration, lack of boost, hesitant. All the usual symptoms of a dud coil and/or spark plugs.

I've changed the coils. Has not eradicated the issue but it's not as bad. So my next replacement will be plugs. Now, my car is stage 1 Revo, 336bhp running v-power religiously!if any of that info helps to give me the desired answer

So, what I want to know is, which plugs are going to work the best for my setup? I am planning to go stage 2 soon aswell

I have purchased oem ngk plugs p/n: 06H 905 601H

But after speaking with Dave @ Sere, he has advised me against this because in his experience it makes the engine run 'like a pig'

He has recommended the oem Bosch plugs p/n: 06H905611
Cam someone tell me if these are gonna be the the best set up? And are they these new plugs that are 1 step colder?

Also is it actually worth going one step colder, as sone say it'll work better due to the engine being tuned. Whereas others say to stick with oem as a well tuned engine should work well with them??

You understand hopefully why this is a big headf**k for me lol

All help is appreciated as I'm totally confused :/

I recently had some of the issues you describe but mostly uneven power delivery on full throttle. I had a look at my plugs and they were totalled. I'm not sure if my stage 1 Bluefin remap caused this or not but the car had only done 7000 miles. I put new Bosch Platinum plugs in (sorry, don't have the part number). This has solved the issue when not running the remap but I still have issues with the map installed.

I spoke to a local independent garage who run Audi race cars and he suggested going with some Denso Iridium plugs but not done that yet.

race plugs? NGK? erm...your much better off sticking with OEM parts. They do the job if not better!

from my experience and even present my current bosch plugs are running fine on my stage2+ (touchwood lol)
