Hi guys and dolls I've recently purchased a seat Ibiza 1.4 ecomotive 59 reg and alls been going well untill yesterday! Steam started coming from the bonnet (not plooms of the stuff but enough to attract me attention) checked all fluid levels - all as they should be which makes it all the more confusing! Seems to be coming from the back on the engine but no fluids on the pavement underneath but can't get a good look to see where it's coming from ! I wondered if anyone else has had this problem and if it's easy to solve .. My car is lowered and therefore hard to get underneath to do a thorough analysis untill it's on ramps! ANY HELP WOULD BE FANTASTIC!!!

I had a similar experience a month or two back.
A thorough investigation (well, a mini maglight and several pairs of eyes at the side of donny racecourse) couldn't find anything and we put it down to water getting up into the engine bay. I've had no issues or recurrences since.
