Wasn't sure whether to bump old thread, or create new one.
In a nutshell, steering stopped stiffening in sport mode (or in individual mode) when selected. I have a Mk3 Leon FR SC. It is under manufacturers warranty until April 22.
My dealer I bought it from feel they have rectified the problem, and that they can now detect the steering stiffening. The thing is, I can't detect it, and before the fault, you could be doing 20-30mph, and if you knocked into sport mode it was very obvious. Nice and stiff! Now I'm not generally a complainer, but I'm not happy with this. I love the sports steering, as it adds to the fun. My normal local garage took it out with me, and he feels he can feel a slight difference, but the more he drove, the less sure he was. Surely has to be more definition?
Anyone had anything similar? Any advice appreciated. So far I have come up with get a second opinion at other nearest Seat garage which they are happy to do.
