steering wheel trim help?

hi can anyone tell me if the plastic trim on the bottom half of the steering wheel can be bought any where my car a seat leon fr is currently getting some trim and light scratches polished out as i bought the car in glasgow and live in newcastle so my local branch is doing the work but the broken trim on the bottom of the steering wheel they say they need a whole new steering wheel but after looking at it i think the plastic screws off. the glasgow branch wouldnt authorise the work for it as it is £400 for a new one they thought they were only going to pay £100 for the trim but when i looked at car needed some scratches polishing out they moaned a bit but finally agreed to paying £587 for the work but not steering wheel plastic so they say if i can get the parts myself they will give me the money for it anyone got any ideas cheers
