Sticking Caliper and problems with seat dealer

Hi there,
its been a few years since I've owned a Seat Leon but I bought a 2012 DSG FR from an approved used seat dealer just over 2 weeks ago. After driving the car for a few days I noticed that there seemed to be noise on the back, the kind of noise you hear when a wheel bearing is going. I checked the tyres and the pressures were too high so let some air out. This didn't solve the problem, then I noticed that the driver's side wheel had started squeaking when turning, as this was still happening when I'd one 30 miles I thought there must be a brake caliper or pad sticking. When I got out of the car I put my hand near the wheels and the rear driver's side wheel was red hot. No problem I thought" I've only had it 2 weeks so i'll contact Seat!"
After speaking to the sales rep who sold me the car (he happened to answer the phone) I was told he would ring me back, he didn't ring me back... I recieved a call from a patronising woman who was being very difficult, telling me I would have to pay £90 for an inspection after driving the car 40 miles to their dealership, I asked if the payment could be waived as I've not had the car 30 days and pointed out that the calipers should last the lifetime of the car, it had supposedly had a check on the morning I bought it, so the brakes and wheel bearings should not be wearing at all. I still don't know if i'm going to have to pay tomorrow.
This is in addition to them saying they would replace the dented emblem on the steering wheel regardless of cost, then not doing it, they also told me that because they had not repaired the steering wheel they would provide me with an official letter to say that if a problem developed with the airbag they would cover it (no letter has arrived).
I just wanted to know if anyone else has had problems with the calipers of their mark 2, or if anyone else has experienced difficulties after buying a car from seat. I'm really disappointed in this because I bought a 2003 Cupra in 2006 from an approved dealer and they were wonderful!

The rear caliper on my cupra was seized, got a replacement from Dave @ Sere motors and fitted no problem.

Just stick to your guns, complain if you have to.

I am sure people have a crap attitude purely to try and put people off dealing with them.

Since it's not even been 30 days I'd stay on at them! Unsafe to drive really with it heating up...

What condition are your pads in?

I recently had a binding caliper after replacing my rear pads which turned out to be the handbrake cable lever on the caliper....took the cable off and gave the lever a good soaking in WD40 while moving lever solved my issue.
Otherwise it's a new caliper needed, seem to be common on mk2

All fixed and sorted now, to be fair I can't fault the service I received after speaking to the manager; picked up from my work 60 miles away from their showroom and a brand new courtesy car while they fixed mine :) Turns out I had an egg in my tyre, which must've been there when I picked it up as its soooo quiet now, it definitely wasn't this quiet when I picked it up! They couldn't find anything wrong with my brakes :/ I'm wondering if they're only sticking when the weather is very cold and I let the handbrake off? We're due another cold spell over the next few days so I'll see how it goes.
