Stuck on 1790 please help

Been searching these and othe forums for a while now to help with updating software. I just cant find the files i need to diy update.
does anyone have the files so I can update from 1790. Im having loads of restarts,popping, sos error etc it's driving me nuts

would really appreciate the help. Local dealer has not been helpful at all.

Which one of these would work ?

Presume 3rd from bottom 1896????

Download - extract to usb (fat32) - go to 'engineer' menu - click update - prey ?

Hi there, I'm new on the forum. My mk4 leon is out of warrenty and I've got a really old version of firmware. (On software v1672) could any kind soul point me in the direction of the relevant manual updates. Thanks all
