Stuck on 1790 please help

hi.
Been searching these and othe forums for a while now to help with updating software. I just cant find the files i need to diy update.
does anyone have the files so I can update from 1790. Im having loads of restarts,popping, sos error etc it's driving me nuts

would really appreciate the help. Local dealer has not been helpful at all.

Thats exactly what I want to so but cant find the files.
Can you direct me to them.
Tried a few links but they all seem to be dead

Which one of these would work ?

Presume 3rd from bottom 1896????

Download - extract to usb (fat32) - go to 'engineer' menu - click update - prey
