Take the risk?

Looking for a little bit of advice.

Bought a ko3s last year and put the box to one side due to being busy with work etc. Now I've got a bit more time nd currently working on the car do I fit this turbo or should I get it refurbed before I go to the hassle of stripping the current ko3 out.
There doesn't seem to be much play in the shaft and no cracks. Due to the laps in time I can't remember if the seller said it was smoky or not.

Do I take the risk and hope for the best?

Also do I take the risk on this wheel colour or change to matte black/ anthracite?

Bonnet is now carbon wrapped so feel the wheels look out of place. Think I need to tie it to the car better, wing mirrors? B pillars?

The turbo is an intergal part of the car, I was going to do the same but got a refurbed k03s in the end.

Rather than risk it I just puckered up lol

for the sake of £200 get it refurbed then it's fit and forget
