Target Price for new FR 2.0 TDI 170ps

As mentioned in another thread I'm considering buying a new Leon FR TDI and was wondering what sort of main dealer deals are out there. What sort of target price should I be haggling to get bearing in mind that I've seen an online broker offering it for the base price of £17.250, a saving of around £2,450.

my dad has just bought one of these in speed blue (£550), convinience pack (£250), Bluetooth (£250), 18" alloys (£350) and alltogether was in showroom for £20,500 he got some discount and i think he is now paying £18,100.

I ordered my fl FR 170 DSG in february and i spec'd aerokit and black 18" orion wheels. also added just the conv. pack as i never need to use my fone in the car so didnt want/need bluetooth.
i got that car for £20800 all in whic i was happy with, the charge for supply/fit of full aerokit was a straight £2k.

Well im ordering my FL FR in Oct. spec with practically everything, my current one was a little sparse so treating myself, should be about £22,445.00 but thats without the Aerokit.
Does that 2K comes with spraying im asuming?

yeah all in supplied an fitted with the choice of backbox that you want. mine has k1 style centre exit.
looking at buying the parts alone is nigh-on a grand.

looking at other posts people had front bumper, skirts and spoiler fitted for around 1400-1600 notes. bearing in mind the backboxes are around 300 and then the rear bumper on top i dont think £2k is bad at all....

M1 Autos quoted me for a car but "didnt want to get involved with changing backboxes etc, its major work"
i found that comment by them quite strange!
also they wanted £2500 for front bumper,skirts and spoiler...which was £500 more than the full lot fitted at my local dealer.
i told M1 that and they wouldnt change their price or add the backbox & rear bumper ....

check out my pics for a look at a fl FR with the kit....yes its marmite but i like it and personally i wouldnt have bought a leon without it, end of. skirt and spoiler is an absolute minimum for me but full aerokit just looks right. the bare car with no bodykit parts looks pants imho...good job we're all different though eh

Yeah looks nice, and I agree each leon needs a little something, just leaving it standard is a bit pants, but then again if no one had a standard one then how would anyone know yours was different? hmmm?

oh well, what do i no, im going to get the new LCR twin pipe when i get my new one, id send you the link to the thread, but as i havent done more than 15 posts in 2 years i cant lol.

I just bought ex demo, 3 months old, 3800 on the clock, candy white with black orion 18" wheels, NTI £17250 added body kit and got for total £19000. I travelled to LC Charles Crewe from North scotland for it
Looks just like vt-marty's with out centre exit exhaust.
Doest feel so fast as my previous one due to changed engine
Currently fighting with fitting my Alpine DD head unit with bluetooth as factory bluetooth phone system doesnt understand my jock accent
I hear bad things about chipping or remapping due to DPF

What was your previous one?

And ive had mine Bluefin remapped since I got it new nearly 3 years and 75K miles ago and not a single problem with it, the dpf wont cause problems providing you just stay at stage 1 and keep it around 200bhp.
