Hi all,
I have a had quick look on here for a guide to remove the oil sump but i am not able to find one.
I plan on removing the oil sump and replacing the oil pick up pipe. I am wondering for those of you that have done this were you able to do the job using standard tools?
I have seen some guides on YouTube and the video maker complains that three of the sump bolts are in a tight location and are a right pain to get to, and mention using a wobbly tool bit??? But no further info on this particular tool. Has anyone done this or have a list of tools needed to drop the sump.
My engine is 2.0 tfsi bwa.
Many thanks
