CUPRA continues to challenge convention with the new CUPRA Born, the brand’s first all‑electric car. Sharper, more emotional, and re‑engineered, it combines striking design, improved interiors and greater technology.

Catch a first glimpse of the new CUPRA Born in the teaser video and stay tuned for the World Premiere on March 5th at 10:00am CET.

Change needs drivers — and CUPRA believes real progress comes through radical disruption, by defying expectations and challenging conventions. Since its launch in 2018, the brand has transformed the automotive industry as an instigator of creativity and an agitator for change.

In just seven years, CUPRA has launched seven models and sold over 1 million vehicles globally. Every CUPRA model is restlessly expressive, design-led, and performance-driven. I assume this is exterior only and to line it looks wise up with the rest of the range including the incoming Raval. The updated interior we have improved things greatly TBH especially the larger screen and illuminated heating controls. I just wished we did have not had the haptic buttons on the steering wheel much prefer proper buttons like on my Ibiza or on other Cupra's.

I must admit it is not a car that really requires a facelift as still looks modern and clear in that teaser there is new wheel designs and the lightbar with illuminated Cupra logo a bit like an MGS5 and VW Tiguan. Interesting to hear where the boot release is as was integrated into the rear Cupra logo pre FL.

The light bar and lights will bring it in line with the rest of the CUPRA range (New Leon, New Formentor etc). I expect there will be a button under the light bar like there is on the Leon.

The illumated Cupra logo and wheels make it an instant no for me unfortunately.... Still interested to see what the rest of the car is like though, I do really like my Born.
