Took slightly too much paint off with compound, advice?

Hi guys, I was removing some scratches on my car the other day and i focused too much on one area and I've taken off slightly too much paint, it's got a slight orangey tint to it, its about 2"s, its not major as you can't see it from a distance but close up you can tell

Is there anything I can do apart from repainting? Cheers guys

If you've gone through the clear coat only repainting is going to fix that. Have you got a picture of it?

what machine were you using, what pad / polish combo etc ?
