Tuning potential of the LEON 2.0 TDI DPF FR?

hey guys well as u can guess from my name i drive an ibiza but a good friend of mine is looking at gettin a LEON 2.0 TDI DPF FR, he was just wondering what the potential of the engine is. do they do chips for it, remaps etc wondered if any of you have got one, if so what mods u have done to it and what sort of power your producing?
any help would b amazin!

search would be the first thing to do ... using words

remap + dpf

then go and cry


DPF pretty much rules out any decent power gains, + 30bhp is about your lot, yes noticeable, but not as good as a petrol car remap (in fact you get better gains from a 140 diesel!)

remove the DPF and get a custom remap plus a bigger turbo. So what if you have an engine warning light on, or just map the light out as well. Just a remap will get about 210bhp, removing the DPF is a complicated thing to do and most people cannot do it yet plus not worth doing unless you intend fitting a larger turbo.
