turbo fluttering

does anyones turbo make a fluttering sound while spooling up on an lcr? mine does it from about 2500rpm to about 3000rpm. its done it for a while but didnt think much of it until i when in a friends hybrid ko3 and flutter while spooling

heres a video to show what i mean. also i only really notice it in 4th, 5th and 6th gear on full throttle

I cant make out the noise on that video.../ BUT if it is fluttering, check the DV's working and pipes to it are not split

cheers mate, ill have a look at the boost pipes and dv. the dv is only about 6 months old so hoping that it hasnt gone that quick. boost wise it spools around 26psi and drops to about 22 as it gets further round the rev range which i assume is fairly normal for a stage 1 mapped lcr?
