Hi guys just asking how i can get more power out of my mk2 1.9 Tdi (110) 2003-2004. I have had the remap but still feel like it should be more. What can i do to get more out of it . Bigger turbo maybe??? injectors. And prices if you guys know how much it will be.

Out of interest, what was it remapped to? Where did you get it done?

For more power you will need a PD130/150 turbo and bigger injectors. A freeflowing exhaust and decat will help as so will a FMIC.

I'm sure you will be looking at an uprated clutch too.

I am getting 154 bhp now, i can't say who did it because it is a mate that works for one of the companys on here and he did it as a back hander for me. only cost me £100 but should be £350 if i would have gone thought the company. And they have got a really good name for themselfs. How much do you think i will get the turbo for?? and injectors? and do you know a site i can get these off can't find any anywhere. with the exhaust can you put any sports one on for the toledo or does it have to be a for a de not petrol

Try ALLARDS - WWW.FUELEFFICIENTSYSTEMS.CO.UK, they make high performance turbos, egr delete pipes, FMIC, performance clutches etc etc - they do a full tuning package for around £2500

They have not closed down as some people may quote - they have closed the worksop but will still supply all the parts need for the conversions.
