Using a Seat Portable System in a Mii

I have just bought a Seat Portable System from Ebay, which came from an Ibiza FR. It won't work in my Mii Sport as I guess it was registered with the Ibiza's owner.
Is there any way that I can get the unit to work in my car by modifying some of the files or such like?
BTW I can see the unit on my PC when I connect it to it.

you need to do a factory restore using navigon fresh, it will take ages but when its complete it will ask you to connect to the car where it will learn, but depending on age etc you may loose any maps that the prior owner payed for as you will need to register a new account with fresh.
