Vag-com will this work

Right so believe me it feels like I've read every single thread in this forum about vag-com and my head is just exploding lol. Just hoping someone can point me in the right direction here.

So I've found this: http://diagnostic-equipment.co.uk/products/pc-based-diagnostics/vag-com They are an official distributer in the UK for ross-tech/vag-com so that's a good start.

Basically the first thing I want to do with this is turn off the cornering fogs on my Ibiza Mk5. Will I be able to that with this package? Is it the right cable? I'm so lost lol I know I could find someone else to do this or go to the dealer but I want to get this for future needs as well as it seems like a handy piece of kit.

So will this do the job? My brain hurts.. hopefully someone can help

Yeah price is deffo right and yeah I found the distributers through the 'official' list on ross-techs site so nothing to worry about there.
