Hi all I am looking for a genuine mk2 Leon armrest
Anyone know of any for sale. Or can point me in the right direction

Now I am aware there is no direct for sale section and I am not sure if this wanted post is allowed but if not I am sure the moderators will delete it .

Thanks

The thing is when they are fitted to the car i'm pretty sure you need to drill a hole into the centre console. Thus a used one wouldn't sold on unless the car is being broken or if it hasn't been fitted to the car.

They are tiny little screw holes, i removed mine from my FR TDI and fitted to my LCR

There's plenty of them out there, they come up on ebay quite alot

Wouldnt say that the screws are 'tiny' would leave a noticeable few holes when removed. I looked on ebay for a couple of months didnt see any and ended up buying one of dave @ sere.

That's good to know, I just looked at the fitting instructions someone posted on here and it mentioned that some drilling was required.

You dont need to screw it in, I used outdoor adhesive sticky pads to stick it down. So if I come to sell the car I can take the armrest out and sell it too lol!

I used double sided tape on mine. Didn't want to drill any hole in the centre console.

Worked a treat, aslong as you don't bash it sideways (I did once by accident) then it won't come off. Your only putting pressure downwards when resting your arm

Oh and I got lucky and found one on eBay but in hindsight, would have been worth every penny if I bought brand new!

ive got an arm rest, its not a genuine Leon one, its for an Altega/Altega XL but does fit in the Leon,

I used velcro to stick it down but bear in mind there wont be holes for the cup holders.

This fit a 2010 leon fr

If only it wasn't so expensive at the dealership, I would have purchased it the day I got the car. Are there any other VAG cars, for instance, where the arm rest fits the Leon? Like maybe a Jetta, Passat, etc.
