Should my FR have one?

My old LC had one but i ran out of washers the other day in the new one and nothing flashed or beeped to tell me about it?

There is another thread somewhere on this, I think the conclusion was that if you have either the large MFD or Xenons then yes, otherwise no.

Ive got the larger MFD (i.e. Bluetooth kit) and dont have a low washer warning light.

On a 2007 FR Tdi

It displays "washer level low" on the mfd and where the clock is at the top it goes orange with a symbol which is meant to look like a windscreen being sprayed

I've just had a look at a previous thread, basically it is part of the large MFD but looks like it only works if you have Xenons.

There is also a light instrument panel that says the same thing. I have had the low washer warning on my Cupra but don't have the large MFD.

I have winter pack and i get no warning! i think it must be with xenons as it's required by law to have the light washers for the xenons and if you run out of water you obviously cant wash them, having said that the light washers seem absolutley s:censored:t!

Hmm, I'm sure in that other thread there were FR owners who claimed to have the warning with the WP and no Xenons... Or maybe I assumed they were FR owners?

With the Golf MkV, Winter Pack = Washer Level warning light. I would have thought it was the same?
