Hello All

new to the forum.

recently bought a 2018 SEAT LEON and I’ve noticed water in the boot and thought nothing of it, took it back to the dealership and they couldn’t spot anything. However today I’ve noticed where it’s actually been coming from. Seems to be the left upper vent in the boot.

does anyone know what the likely cause is for this and has anyone had a similar issue?

Cheers

Have you got a sunroof?

Check rubber connection between car and rear lid. Mine was a bit loose because I've broken it during disassembly - I was fitting rear camera of dashcam. It was leaking like crazy. Replaced it to a new one and it helped

Sorry to re-ignite this post after a while, but does your rear window washer jet have loss of pressure? (Or just trickle?) If so then I found with my cupra the connector had detached from the pipe and nozzle and would leak.

(Common apparently when it's cold/ freezes and pressure builds up then the come loose).
