Good evening all - I am new to this forum and looking for some help
I have an Altea XL 1.6 diesel - 2013 plate with 35000 miles
Bought from main dealer 15 months ago
Noted in March that after heavy rain water gets into the soundproofing in the engine bay - water runs into the oil filler cap are when you open the bonnet
Booked it into the supplying dealer today to be told that this is not a fault or problem initially
Subsequently they have suggested a fix but I will have to pay as it is not recognised as an issue by SEAT
Any other owners noticed this issue - surely I cannot be the only one
Any help most welcome
