What oil are people using in there 2.0tfsi?

Some people reckon you can just use any oil that matches the VW spec, but some people claim you should be using different oil if it is modified.

I use Quantum long life III oil in mine. Is almost time to change it, am working on 6 months/ 7k miles between changes, so long life oil but not long life servicing.

Just use the quantum fully synthetic stuff that the dealers use mate. More than adequate.
