Girly's car is running like a dog all of a sudden,

Doesn't idle properly


blipping the throttle results in the rev's dropping momentarily before rising


Whats the order of attack?

Thanks, does that mean i'm gonna need a copy of vagcom to do a TBA afterwards? any idea how much a dealer will want for the job?

you dont have to do the tba as they will reset themselves over a certain amount of time . it will idle high for a while then settle itself( sometimes this can take a while though)

tip top, worked like a charm dude, cold start and hot start sorted and idle's smooth as a ****stars chuff.
all for 30 minutes work and a £3 can of spray
