Had an unfortunate accident on Friday involving my car and a very deep verge. Turns out the wheels are out of alignment and there are a couple of decent-sized dents on the driver's wing and door, and this morning (probably unrelated) the driver's door stopped closing... at all.
Now, I know all these things are easily fixable but I was planning on selling it soon anyway, as I won't be using it. So, wondered if anyone could give me a rough idea of how much it'd be worth to someone with a bit more time on their hands. it's a 98 mk2 with the AHU 90bhp TDi engine. Runs smooth, good brake pads, excellent economy, 135k on the clock. I'll most likely stick it on the For Sale section soon, but I'm not really sure what to ask for it.
Any help much appreciated. I'll try to upload some pics later on.
