What's the AWD conversion for a Seat Leon 1p 2.0 tfsi?

There isn't one. If you want to do it then it's alot of custom work. Your best bet is to find a Mk6 Golf R and use those parts.
I don't know why you'd bother though, just buy a Golf R and be done with it.
